このコーナーでは受験で出てくるイディオムや口語を中心に例文を挙げていくつか紹介しちゃうぞっ☆

When I said "Don’t get your balls in an uproar， Yuta，" he really flipped out. Yuta doesn’t like vulgar language.

Yuta didn’t start studying in earnest until the night before the exam.

What Yuta says doesn’t make any sense to me.

Yuta’s mother jumped all over him when he got a goose egg in the math test.
優太が天才でないことは分かっているが、彼はいい子だ
I know Yuta isn’t a rocket scientist， but he’s a good boy.
高い目標を掲げるのを恐れてはいけないよ、優太。ただ、目標に到達するための助けとなる順序立ったステップを必ず決めることだ
Don’t be afraid to set a high goal， Yuta. Just be sure to lay down a sequence of steps that helps you reach it.
そのいたずらをやったのは優太だが、彼は自分でそれを思い付くほど利口じゃない。きっとクラスメートの一人が唆したに違いない
